I am a happily married mother of three magical childen. Well, okay, maybe not really magical, but they sure are fun! Alot of my inspiration comes from my kids, and from their ideas.
I think that the pure joy and magic that a child finds in the world around them translates beautifully into art, and I try to capture some of that with my work.
I started sculpting in polymer clay shortly after my firstborn came along and I felt that glass painting was no longer a safe hobby to pursue. I gave up at first, because it seemed like I lacked even the smallest amount of talent for this kind of thing. However, the bug had bitten, and I soon found myself back, wrist deep, in clay. Now it's a full fledged addiction, and I find myself getting grumpy and irritable when I don't get to play with my clay.
I love to sculpt stories, but I also do smaller "crafty" type things as well, particularly around Christmas time.
Recently, mostly by accident, I've also found myself branching out into jewelry, so you may occasionally find some peices of jewelery offered for sale as well. They don't last long, so if you see a piece you like, better snatch it up quickly!
I'm always experimenting with new ideas and techniques, even though it sometimes takes me a while to get up the courage to try some of my ideas.

I sometimes auction my work on ebay under the name fairytales4dreamers (you can search based on FTFD and find my work, as well), and I also list work on FaeBae.com, a new auction site devoted to fantasy artists of all mediums.
Please stop in and look around!
I now also have some of my work available at The Jade Fox!
